Energe’ Botanicals stands behind our products 100%. We work hard to ensure that our quality is second to none. We are convinced our products will make a difference your clients can actually feel.

RETURNS

 

  • Contact Client Support  (www.energe-botanicals.com/client-support/) to process your Return & Refund request.  
  • You may return unused and unopened products in their original packaging and unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery for a 20% restocking fee.
  • We do ask that you pay the shipping cost for returns.
  • You will receive email instructions on how to package, address, and ship items for return.
  • Product MUST be returned and received prior to receiving a refund.
  • If the return is a result of our error, or if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item.
 
EXCHANGES
 
  • If your order is verified defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
 
REFUNDS
  • We will promptly credit the form of payment used to make your purchase.  Please allow 5-10 business days for processing your return once we receive your product/s. You will be notified by email when your return has arrived at our facility.
