Energe’ Botanicals was co-founded by Brenda J. Eaden and Dr. Goetz Renner (PhD).  Their past experience comes from working with renowned Winnipeg, Canada medical researcher Dr. Zenon Sosnowski (MSc, PhD).  He shared with Ms. Eaden and Dr. Renner his discoveries and passion for bee propolis which is a substance that provides reduction in pain and inflammation.   The properties of bee propolis are also anti-pain, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-microbial. 

The Energe’ Botanicals team grew more and more intrigued as they learned from Dr. Sosnowski how bee propolis could work in conjunction with their select botanicals and improve the efficacy of the natural products Ms. Eaden and Dr. Renner set out to develop.

Together, in 1997, they developed the first line of Energe’ natural products utilizing Dr. Sosnowski’s bee propolis patents for use in pharmaceutical and cosmetic preparations.  Later, Dr. Renner had to return to Germany and sadly, due to his absence and inability to continue his invaluable contribution, the Energe’ Botanicals products went dormant until 2020.

Fast forward to today…

After experiencing discomfort resulting from a back injury due to a car accident and a torn rotator cuff, Brenda was encouraged to try a balm containing CBD to possibly help to relieve the discomfort and which had persisted through many weeks of physical therapy.  The results were amazing!  Not only did the CBD balm help to reduce the ongoing discomfort she was experiencing, but it also allowed her to rest more comfortably without the usual constant sleep interruptions throughout the night.

Brenda began researching the benefits of CBD and the advancements in its applications in addition to the ability to assist with sleep disruption. This encouraging research coupled with her own positive experiences, she decided to explore the development of products utilizing CBD.

Combining the knowledge gained from what was taught to her by Dr. Sosnowski with what she learned about CBD,  transitioning into developing a new line of products was a seamless natural fit for Energe’ Botanicals.

Energe’ Botanicals is energized about the results achieved and is proud to announce the company has relaunched and partnered with several innovative CBD manufacturers utilizing advancements in science and plant biochemistry and is now marketing a new line of                        i n t e n e s e™ botanical products that harness the powerful benefits of CBD.
